DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

RETURN POLICY

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. 
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our central warehouse is located in Asia, so be aware of potential shipping costs. The cost of return shipping typically ranges between $20 and $40 (it can reach higher amounts in case you ordered several items). We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at https://verotailor.com/pages/contact with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you’ve received instructions from us, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable shipping option.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 14 business days.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes you may reconsider your purchase. However, please be advised that cancellations are possible within 1 HOUR of ordering.
After that period, if you still wish to cancel, you can return the order as soon as it arrives and if everything is properly returned we proceed with immediate refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do however offer free size exchanges some times, please e-mail us if you do not fit the product you ordered and we can see what we can do. Variant / Color / Product exchanges is something the customer should be doing be returning and ordering again.

 

Important Notes:

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition with all labels and tags attached. The product should show no signs of use.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the items have been used or damaged beyond our control.
  • All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
